Alphasongs Performances: 

If singing the songs from our catalog are a passion you and your group, then the real fun begins when you order scores and begin rehearsing. My email, website contact forms, and the ordering process gives you a chance to introduce yourselves directly to me and begin direct contact and collaboration to anything I can help you with.  

All music published on this website is registered with ASCAP. Copyrights and registrations for music published on this site are owned by Alphasongs LLC and all rights are reserved. You purchase rights to print score copies and rehearse these songs with purchase, using the order form on this website. You will submit an order form and receive an invoice for your score copies within a few days. Upon payment, you will receive your music to print and begin rehearsing. 

Rights to perform Alphasongs music is reserved by Alphasongs LLC. But gaining rights to perform this music is easy and basically governed by ASCAP performance reporting guidelines. If you are performing these songs in a religious service, US Armed Forces event or K-12 school event, then you gain rights to perform in these venues with the purchase of scores alone and you do not need to report the performance of Alphasongs music in these specific venues.

Outside of these exceptions, we work with ASCAP to report your performances. You get rights to perform the music with the purchase of scores and reporting these details about your intended performance including
 

• Performance Venue(s)

• Performance Date(s)

• Alphasongs works performed by Date/Venue 

• ASCAP wants to know if the concert performance has a concert program, or if you are just using a setlist. If there is a concert program, you simply attach a *.pdf file of that concert program. Otherwise indicate "Setlist".

 

When you report your performance to Alphasongs (with your order), once we can notify ASCAP, we grant you performance rights to perform Alphasongs music.

For other rights such as any audio/video recording, streaming or distributions of your Alphasongs performances, please contact Alphasongs to discuss arrangements directly.
