Hoping for good resolutions

This November 2024 has so much collective anxiety in the air that you can cut it with a knife. Of course, the US elections coming this week is enough uncertainty for all of us everywhere, but there are many other things in our personal lives, our professional lives and family lives that can add to the stress as we approach winter.
