This is a bad news, good new post. I know I haven't posted in 9 days after mentioning that I would be starting to promote a feature song every couple of weeks. OK so that is the bad news, which is fortunately only temporary. An essential part of my video production relies on one of my software platforms for composing which has an MP4 production feature on their website that is currently malfunctioning or not functioning. I've been in touch directly with the developers who are working on the issue. When the developers can resolve the glitch, I can include the video production that I do uploaded to You Tube. Right now, my You Tube video's are my primary content to show my songs. So that's the bad news, which is fortunately temporary. But until the software developers fix this function on their website, feature songs are on the shelf. But the good news is about many new songs coming onto the website. Starting from old to new, the picture above is now attached to a song I wrote back in the beginning of 2020 and sent off for copyright later that year. The song is called Move Forward. An updated version will also be sent off for copyright and be on the website soon. Another new song of mine with 5 part harmonies drafted and lyrics in development called Come My Way looks to be days away from a first complete draft, I mentioned in my last post of a potential collaboration with a playwriter, lyricist. I can say that this collaboration is developing and that part of this involves composing A Capella songs for this person's original script for a complete musical. I can say more when working agreements are in place (soon). I can say that 2 of the songs from this musical have been composed (my music with the lyrics from the musical). The titles are Somewhere Under the Rainbow, and I Need to Take a Coffee Break. OK, so four new or updated songs are in the pipeline to come on the website when the video production issue gets resolved. I other news. I sang in a benefit choral concert last weekend, performing the Brahms Requiem. A wonderful performance with some marvelous singers. Just 2 rehearsals, but fun to be singing on stage. That's all for now
